InvestiCase provides specialist support to individuals facing malicious or unfounded VAWG and domestic abuse allegations, as well as those subject to Gross Misconduct proceedings.
These situations are rarely straightforward. Careers, reputations and livelihoods can be placed at risk before the full facts are properly examined.
We understand the weight of that.
Our role is to bring clarity and structure to complex cases.
We review evidence in detail, identify inconsistencies and ensure information is properly tested, not simply accepted. We support individuals in preparing clear, well structured accounts so their position is presented with confidence and credibility.
This is not just about process. It is about restoring balance where individuals can feel overlooked or unheard. We ensure context is considered, voices are heard and decisions are not based on incomplete or one sided narratives.
Alongside case support, we provide Trauma Risk Management services.
We deliver individual and group TRiM assessments following traumatic or high impact incidents, particularly within high pressure environments. Our approach focuses on early identification of psychological risk, helping to prevent longer term harm and support resilience.
At its core, InvestiCase exists to bring clarity, fairness and strength to people navigating some of the most difficult and uncertain periods of their lives.

Vicky is a former police investigator and founder of InvestiCase.
At the heart of her work is a clear belief in fairness, humanity and the importance of seeing the person behind the allegation. With Vicky, you are never just a name on paper.
You are a person who matters.
Prior to joining policing, Vicky worked across a diverse range of sectors including investment banking, computer programming and charity leadership. This breadth of experience provided her with a deep understanding of organisational systems, decision making structures and the real world consequences when institutions fail those they are intended to protect.
During her policing career, including eight years as an Investigator within a Domestic Violence Unit,
Vicky worked in complex safeguarding and high risk environments.
She saw first hand how quickly individuals can be reduced to allegations, labels and process driven conclusions. She also recognised how rigid systems can overlook nuance, context and the broader human picture. These experiences shaped her commitment to supporting individuals facing false or malicious VAWG related allegations and to ensuring that their voice is properly heard within investigative and misconduct processes.
Vicky is known for her calm, grounded and person centred approach, particularly in sensitive safeguarding matters, complaints, misconduct proceedings and multi agency settings.
She understands that life is rarely binary and that behaviour does not always equate to abuse, intent or character. The impact of moral and reputational harm can be profound, even where legal thresholds are unclear or misunderstood.
InvestiCase exists to bring clarity and humanity into systems that too often overlook the individual.
Clients are not treated as case files or assumptions.
They are listened to, respected and supported with integrity.

A former member of the armed forces and a serving police officer,
GK brings significant public service experience and a deep understanding of the personal and professional impact when organisations withdraw their support.
Having joined InvestiCase as a former client, he recognised the importance of its work, which goes beyond advocacy to include investigative case review, safeguarding wellbeing and, at times, saving lives.
As Business Development Manager, GK is responsible for raising awareness of InvestiCase,
promoting its work across social media, podcasts and public facing platforms, building key partnerships and helping to shape the organisation’s public voice.
